Your first visit to Girl Who Glows is designed to be a full, luxury introduction to healthy hair care and intentional self-care. Depending upon what service you choose, we’ll begin with a personalized consultation and scalp analysis, followed by a relaxing Japanese Head Spa Experience and a 30-minute hydration treatment to nourish your hair from the root up.

Everything you need for your install is included in your experience — from premium raw hair bundles to the products used during your service.

You’ll also receive a Glow Girl Essentials Bag (valued at $100+) filled with must-haves to keep your install looking flawless and hair healthy long after you leave the chair.

After your appointment, you’ll gain access to your personal Glow Girl Dashboard, where I track your hair health, appointment notes, recommended products, and long-term hair goals.

My goal is simple: to care for you and your hair with intention so you can glow brighter.

The Glow Girl Experience

My signature three-part journey:

Install • Maintenance • Takedown

This isn’t your average sew-in — it’s a full experience crafted to support healthy hair, a calm mind, and a polished look from start to finish.

Your journey begins with a luxe install that includes:

• Premium raw bundles

• Consultation + hair and scalp assessment

• Custom private client dashboard to track progress

• Customized Quick Weave or Sew In

• Shampoo + hydration treatment

• Japanese Head Spa experience with scalp massage and aromatherapy

• Scalp massage + aromatherapy

• Targeted scalp + hair treatments as needed

• Premium drink and snack menu

• Glow Girl Essentials Bag ($100+ value)

You’ll follow up with a maintenance appointment to cleanse your scalp, tighten your tracks, and refresh your style — and complete the experience with a safe, gentle takedown that includes any necessary treatments, head massage, and restorative treatment.

This 360° experience is designed to help you glow through every phase of your install — no shortcuts, no damage, just healthy, beautiful hair.

Girl Who Glows is a private luxury salon experience with limited, high-touch appointments each week. My goal is to give you personalized time without rushing, or distractions. Because of this, appointments are carefully scheduled and often fill quickly. Please book at least 4 weeks in advance.

Please also take time to read through the details under your preferred service when booking so you’re prepared and we can maintain a smooth, peaceful experience from start to finish.

Before booking your service, I kindly ask that you take a moment to review the policies below. These guidelines help protect your time, my time, and the intentional experience I've created for you here at Girl Who Glows.

Everything listed here is designed to keep things smooth, respectful, and stress-free for us both.

Rescheduling & Deposits

Life happens — I totally understand! Your non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and can be transferred one time if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $50 reschedule fee will apply and must be paid immediately to rebook.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please do so with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations not made within the timeframe allowed will incur a $100 cancellation fee. No-shows will not be allowed to book in the future.

Payments

The remaining balance for your service is due at the end of your appointment.
Accepted payment methods include Debit, credit, cash, Zelle and Tap To Pay. All card payments will incur a 3% processing fee.

Extra Guests or Children

To keep the salon peaceful and focused on you, I ask that you do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment unless they are being serviced. This is your time to relax and be cared for — let’s keep the energy calm and undistracted.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a $25 late fee will be added to your service total. In some cases, excessive lateness over 30 mins may require rescheduling to avoid disrupting the next client’s appointment.

Let’s make sure your glow-up starts smoothly:

• No need to shampoo beforehand — I’ve got you covered.

• Detangle as best you can and I will handle the rest.

• Bring any inspiration photos or styles you'd like to share.

• Be prepared to remove large earrings before your shampoo.

• During the winter months, please wear a t-shirt underneath any hoodie or outerwear — hoodies will need to be removed before sitting at the shampoo bowl.

• If you're under a dermatologist’s care, you're welcome to bring any medicated shampoos you'd like me to use.

• You’re also welcome to bring headphones, a book, laptop, food, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable during your time at the salon.
